Tight end Spivey commits to MSU
Mississippi State has added a commitment from tight end Geor'Quarius Spivey.
The 6-foot-5 220-pound athlete chose the Bulldogs over offers from LSU, TCU among others.
In his junior season at Richwood (La.) High School Spivey had 36 receptions for 425 yards and 7 touchdowns. He also rushed the ball for 105 yards on 11 carries.
Spivey is a 5.7 three-star in the Rivals rankings and is No. 20 in the country at the tight end position.
Mississippi State currently has 26 commitments for the 2018 recruiting class. Rivals ranks the class as No. 13 in the nation.
