NEW: Ala. DB Jourdan Thomas commits to Mississippi State

Just days after his close friend Kylon Griffin found his home, so too has Montgomery Catholic defensive back Jourdan Thomas.

Thomas announced his decision to commit to the Bulldogs on Monday, choosing them over other offers such as South Carolina, Indiana, and Memphis among others.

He becomes the 8th commitment for Mike Leach and the rest of the staff in the Class of 2022, and the fourth defensive back.
