Oak Grove (Ms.) defensive end Jaden Crumedy has committed to Mississippi State.

The 6-foot-5 230-pound senior is rated at the state's No. prospect for the 2018 class.

Crumedy chose the Bulldogs over offers from Ole Miss, Southern Miss, Memphis, South Alabama and Troy.

Mississippi State now has 24 commitments in the 2018 class and Rivals ranks the class No. 14 in the nation.
