BREAKING: DeLand (Fla.) LB Timar Rogers a Mississippi State Bulldog

Another member of the DeLand Bulldogs football program is headed to Starkville. After defensive back Myzel Williams joined the class, many questions around the fanbase began to pass around.

Could the Bulldogs add his teammate, LB Timar Rogers? Would Myzel be able to pull that off, alongside Coach (Eric) Mele and the rest of the staff at Mississippi State?

The answer, all along, was yes.

On Friday afternoon, Rogers committed to Mississippi State, choosing the Bulldogs over other offers from Auburn, Missouri, West Virginia, and several others.
