Bost receives more hardware
STARKVILLE , Miss. - Dee Bost continues to accumulate the accolades following a remarkable season for Mississippi State.
This weekend, the Concord , N.C. , native was tabbed honorable mention Freshman All-American by CollegeHoops.net.

Bost, who also garnered Freshman All-SEC honors by the league coaches back in March, started all 36 games for MSU, which advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the second-straight year following a miraculous run to the SEC Tournament title that culminated with a 64-61 victory against Tennessee.
The 6-foot-2 point guard averaged 10.9 points and shattered the freshman assists record with 156, breaking the mark of 129 set by Jamont Gordon in 2005-06. His 4.3 average ranked 98th nationally amongst all Division I players while his total of 156 ranked third in the SEC behind Florida's Nick Calathes (231) and Arkansas' Courtney Fortson (172).
CollegeHoops.net also recognized Bost in the preseason with honorable mention honors.
