2014 Committs
Kicker Logan Cooke and Columbia Academy(3-7) lost to Presbyterian Christian, 49-20. He had one punt for 49 yards, 2-for-3 kicking extra points and four touchbacks on kickoff. On offense, Cooke had three receptions for 53 yards. Season Stats: 22 punts for 41 yards-per-punt, 6-10 XPs, 1-3 field goals and 14 catches for 225 yards and two TDs.

Newton County(5-5) four-star Wide Receiver Jamoral Graham and the Cougars lost to Greene County, 35-14. Graham is out for the season after having surgery on his broken finger. Season Stats: 52 carries for 421 yards and five TDs, seven catches for 91 yards and a touchdown, 6-9 passing for 75 yards and a touchdown and nine kick/punt returns for 151 yards and a touchdown. He has a total of 738 yards all-purpose with four touchdowns. Defensively, Graham has 38 tackles (26 solo) four passes broken up, three tackles for loss, three sacks and a forced fumble.
Four-star linebacker Gerri Green and Greenville-Weston (1-9) fell to Clinton, 35-6. Green is out for the season with a torn acl. Season Stats: 99 tackles (49 solo), seven PBU, 11.5 tackles for loss, three FF and one FR. Offensively: Six catches, 96 yards and two TDs and seven carries for 35 yards.
Jordan Harris of Stephenson(Ga.) (7-1) had a game against Mays on Saturday. That score hasn't been reported as of this post.
Defensive end Darius Liggins and the Chargers from Oxford (10-0) continue to roll with a 56-27 victory over Center Hill. Liggins was back after missing last week's game and had four tackles (three solo), three pass breakups, two tackles for loss, two quarterback hurries and a sack. Season stats: 58 tackles (27 solo) with 11 for loss, 11 qb hurries, six sacks, five passes broken up and an interception from his defensive end position.
Defensive back Chris Rayford of Byhalia (3-6) lost to Lafayette, 50-13. Rayford made five tackles on the game and had a rush for seven yards on offense. Season stats: Rayford has rushed 29times for 243 yards, hitting the endzone three times. Defense: 50 tackles, four for loss, three fumble recoveries two sacks, two pass breakups and two touchdowns.
Quarterback Elijah Staley saw his senior season cut short at Wheeler. Season Stats 73-107, 1,043 yards and eight TDs. 17 carries for 164 yards and two touchdowns.
The Red Rebels from Harrison Central (6-4) and MSU defensive back commit Lashard Durr fell to St. Martin, 14-10. His stats haven't been updated. Season Stats (through nine games): Six carries for 64 yards, 10 catches for 215 yards and a touchdown. Defensively: 44 tackles, seven pass breakups, a blocked field goal, a forced fumble and an interception.
Quarterback Nick Fitzgerald and Richmond Hill (Ga.) (8-1) got back-to-back wins with a 41-21 victory over Jenkins. The talented qb was 4-for-9 passing with 96 yards and a touchdown while rushing 11 times for 104 yards and two touchdowns. Season Stats 21-49 for 563 yards with seven TDS and an interception. 139 carries for 1,071 yards and 23 touchdowns averaging 7.7 yards per carry.
Columbia (Ga.) High School (6-3) and linebacker Deshon Cooper got a big win over Stone Mountain, 76-35. His stats haven't been reported as of this post. Season Stats: (Through eight games) 43 tackles, 13 TFL, 12 sacks and five forced fumbles. Offense- 14 catches for 254 yards and two touchdown.
Forrest County (8-2) and running back Dontavian Lee picked up their third-straight win beating Northeast Jones, 48-21. Lee carried 11 times for 127 yards and two touchdowns. He also had two catches for 31 yards and another touchdown. Season Stats 141 carries for 1,165 yards and nine TDs for 8.3 yards per carry; 10 catches for 201 yards and five touchdowns. He's also returned five kicks for 81 yards.
Aeris Williams and the West Point Green Wave (6-4) won their fourth-consecutive game of the season defeating New Hope, 76-50. Williams had another monster game rushing 23 times for 227 yards and five Tds. Season Stats 287 carries for 1,924 yards and 26 touchdowns averaging 6.7 yards per carry this year and 192 yards per game. He also has nine catches 85 yards and another touchdown. He's returned seven kicks for 133 yards.
Braxton Hoyett and Pelham (Ala.) (6-4) had a tough loss to Shades Valley, 55-20. Hoyett made three tackles (two solo), one tackle for loss and one quarterback hurry. Season Stats: 69 tackles (36 solo), 18 QBH, nine TFL, three sacks and a fumble recovery.
MRA (7-3) and defensive/offensive lineman Sean Rawlings got a big win over Hillcrest, 48-6. Season Stats: 18 tackles (six solo), three tackles for loss, one interception and a sack. Will be an offensive lineman at MSU.
3* wide receiver Jesse Jackson and the Petal Panthers (8-2) got back on the winning track with a 35-0 win over Forest Hill. Jackson is done for the season with a torn ACL and MCL. Season Stats: 22 catches for 332 yards and three touchdowns.
JUCO linemen Jocquell Johnson and Co-Lin Community College(7-2) ended their season last week.
Norman Price of Hinds Community College (7-2)ended their season last week.
JUCO defensive end William Coleman and Tyler (Texas) (8-2) saw their season end in the playoffs with a loss to Navarro, 33-24 in the first round. His stats have not been updated. Season Stats: (Through nine games) 57 tackles, six for loss and three sacks and one forced fumble.
2015 Class
2013 signee Donald Gray at Co-Lin is redshirting during the 2013 season due to injury.
2016 Class
Sophomore linebacker Jonathan Pollock of Dr. Phillips High School (9-0) are looking for a challenge after winning another game big, 42-14 over Freedom. Pollock had five tackles. Season Stats: 64 tackles, 13 for a loss, five sacks and two forced fumbles.
2017 Class
Freshman linebacker Anthony Hines and Episcopal of Dallas (Texas) (6-3) started the first round of the playoffs on Saturday. A score was not posted at the time of this post. Season Stats: Offensively: 23 carries for 146 yards and two catches for 20 yards. Defensively: 107 tackles, 24 for loss, nine sacks and three forced fumbles.
