Video: Bates making a name for himself
Louisville, Miss., wide receiver/ safety C.J. Bates made the most of his opportunity to showcase his skills at Davis Wade Stadium this past weekend.
The 6-foot-1, 195-pounder caught two touchdown passes - a 53-yarder and a 6-yarder - in the Wildcats 21-20 upset of back-to-back defending Class 5A State Champion West Point.
