JUCO LaQuinston Sharp commits to Mississippi State
On Sunday evening Mississippi State added another name to the 2019 commitment list with the pledge of 6-foot-3 315-pound offensive guard LaQuinston Sharp.
Sharp chose the Bulldogs over offers from Florida, Auburn and Missouri among others.
The 2016 graduate of Columbus (Miss.) High is expected to compete for immediate playing time when he arrives in Starkville.
Sharp's commitment gives MSU 17 for the class of 2019. Rivals currently ranks the group as the nation's No. 24 class.
