Injury sidelines King again
UGASports has confirmed through sources that running back Caleb King suffered a broken jaw in Saturday's 20-13 loss to LSU.
Although it's not 100 percent certain how long King will be out, it's expected the redshirt sophomore could miss the next two to weeks.
It's the latest run of bad luck for King, who pulled his hamstring the first week of preseason practice and didn't return until Week 3 at Arkansas.
King, who had been splitting time with sophomore Richard Samuel, has 30 rushes for 110 yards.
With King out, the Bulldogs are now expected to rely heavily on true freshman Washaun Ealey for Saturday's game at Tennessee. Ealey made his debut last week against LSU and had eight carries for 33 yards.
King's injury was described to UGASports as being a "clean break" and is expected to heal without any problem.
He's currently wearing a face-guard to protect the injury.
