Mullen takes responsibility for Brown's turnovers

AUBURN, Ala.--Jeff Mullen did not throw a pass or carry a ball against Auburn, yet the West Virginia offensive coordinator took responsibility for Jarrett Brown's turnovers.

Brown, who passed for 302 yards, was intercepted four times and fumbled once, indirectly handing over 24 points to the victorious Tigers.

He was knocked out of the game at the end, suffering a bruise to his non-throwing (left) shoulder. He will be attended to on Sunday, and head coach Bill Stewart will know more next week.
