Busy times ahead for Darkwa

"I felt that the camp went well. The coaches were great, and taught us about Vanderbilt and what they take pride in on football field. I felt that I did alright overall. I wish I could have showcased more during the one on ones, but unfortunately I pulled my hamstring. I dropped a couple balls during the drills and that kind of surprised me, because I am usually good with catching, but I bounced back and started to catch better as we progressed in the camp.

I didn't talk to Coack Kitchings much, but Coach Hazel pulled me over and we talked a little. Let me know I was doing a good job and other things.

Recruiting is going fine, I talked to Army yesterday and Clemson a while ago. I plan on visiting Clemson soon as well. Coach Brooks is a real nice guy, and my teammate Sam Cooper has told me some good things as well about Clemson, so I will definitely go visit there and see how it is.I am also going to Louisville's camp on the July 12th with two of my teammates and possibly Alabama the week after.

We actually started practicing today. We are looking good; people are definitely stepping up. I believe we will have a good year, we have a good chance at the State title this year, we are all committed and we all have our eyes set on the same thing, and the things we are doing right now(workouts and practice) are just going to make us that much better for achieving our goal.
