With so many quality west coast running backs in the class of 2010, some might get overlooked. Jordon James won't be one of them. The Corona running back has a number of offers, with other schools certain to follow suit. The Oregon Ducks have him on their radar.
Jordon James had over 1000 yards rushing as a junior while playing in less than half of the games.
"I only played 4.5 games this season. I broke my arm. I already had 1135 yards rushing, and 10 rushing touchdowns, and one receiving. I had an 8.7 yards per carry average. Our team got down when I got hurt. It was really tough being on the sidelines through the season."
The injury that ended his junior season is behind him. From a recruiting standpoint, his injury should have no effect. Since that time he has resumed team sports.
"My arm is now fully healed, and I will be lifting a lot weights and running track instead of playing baseball. I run the 100, 200, and 4x100. I have run a 10.8, 100, and a 22.0, 200. My long jump max was 22 feet."
