Huskies ink solid class

The University of Connecticut coaching staff did a great job finding players to compliment potential impact players in the Class of 2008. As always the Huskies looked near and far to find players and as always were able to discover a couple of little-known prospects with high ceilings before anyone else.

The Huskies were able to sign two high-ranked offensive lineman in Jimmy Bennett and Eric Kuraczea and UConn was able to add Bethesda (MD) Walt Whitman tackle Adam Masters in November to cement their offensive line class. The 6-foot-5, 280-pounder did not have any other BCS offers, but was getting interest from Maryland, Rutgers and Syracuse...
