Rivals100 QB talks new UGA offer

Offers to multiple top quarterbacks went out recently from the University of Georgia and one of the recipients was Rivals100 Tom Savage. UGA visited Cardinal O'Hara last week and it did not take them long to offer.

Savage got word on Saturday that the Georgia Bulldogs wanted to offer him a scholarship and he got the information from his head coach.

Georgia's Quarterback Coach/Offensive Coordinator Mike Bobo visited Savage's high school last week to put an eye on the signal caller, meet with his coach and find out more about him.

Coach Bobo obviously liked what he saw and heard because just days later and offer was extended to the number 64 rated player on Rivals.com.

After finding out about the offer, the 6-foot-3, 231-pound Pennsylvania native called up Georgia head coach Mark Richt to find out more about the Bulldog program and the way it is run.

We caught up with Savage for this exclusive interview about his new offer, what he thinks of Georgia, what Coach Richt said to him, what his impressions are of the UGA coaches and more.
