Robinson's honored to call himself a Bulldog

Christian Robinson headed over to Athens (Ga.) this weekend from his Norcross home for his official visit to UGA. Like most of the visitors, he had seen most of everything Georgia had to offer from the campus to academics to facilities, so he used this weekend to mesh with his future teammates and coaches more.

"Everything went real good on the visit, I got to hang out with some of the recruits and players a lot and it was great," said Robinson. "I have been there so many times that I did not learn anything new on the campus, but I was able to start building relationships with my new teammates."

His host was starting linebacker Rennie Curran and they had met once before, but they found out a lot more about each other this weekend.

"Rennie and I were kind of connected through friends, so we knew each other and we met before, but I had never hung out with him until this weekend. He is a real nice guy and we had a great time."

Curran also told Robinson a little about what it will be like in Athens.

"He told me that I will get tired and think some times you can't go anymore, but you just have to always stay strong and be positive," Robinson said. "He told me if you come to UGA, then you know you have what it takes athletically, so you just have to be strong mentally. He just told me to always stay positive."
