Mattison on senior leadership
As a fifth year senior who has traveled to Penn State before, Bryan Mattison knows it will be important for him as a captain to get his teammates ready to play in a tough environment on Saturday. Mattison talks about maintaining confidence in the team, why they have had slow starts this year, and much more.

Q: Penn State is obviously a place where you guys have had some success in the past. Can you talk about playing up there or have you not been there yet?
MATTISON: I traveled there the last time we played them, but I didn't really play, or I didn't play. The coaches told us we've had success there in the past, but that's what it is, it's the past. We just need to prepare this week and go out there and play.
Q: After three losses, do you worry about losing confidence or is that even a factor?
MATTISON: Well, confidence is always a factor. It's hard to have a lot of confidence after losing three straight, but that's the job of the older guys, the seniors and the leaders on the team to keep that going.
