Figgins moving up the charts

As a true freshman, Georgia's Bruce Figgins isn't about to get drawn into a conversation about whether or not he should be the starting end for the Bulldogs come Saturday's game against Ole Miss.

That's not his style.

"All the tight ends, including Duke (NaDerris Ward) and Coleman (Watson), we approach every practice as if we're competing with one another," Figgins said. "We all want to make the tight end position better. Nothing changes, in my opinion. We're all going to play hard."

Still, there's a chance there might be a change in the depth chart come Saturday.

Starter Tripp Chandler has been plagued with drops, and earlier in the week head coach Mark Richt suggested that a switch might be in order.
