New depth chart hints at lineup changes

Steve Spurrier vowed several lineup changes were imminent less than 24 hours following the hard-fought 28-14 victory Saturday night over Louisiana-Lafayette.

Tuesday, he whetted the appetite of those people wondering what those changes would be.

Offensive lineman Kevin Young and strong safety Darian Stewart are slated to make their first career starts this weekend when USC faces SEC East rival Georgia in a key early-season conference showdown at Sanford Stadium in Athens.

ESPN2 will televise the 5:45 p.m. contest.

In addition, Freddie Brown is set for his fifth career start at wide receiver ahead of Moe Brown, who had one catch for 17 yards in the victory over ULL. Brown had two receptions for 18 yards in the same game.
