Tailback Notebook: Quarter No. 1

With Cardinal and White jerseys storming the Coliseum field, the top-ranked Trojans close the first quarter of fall camp.

However, their seven-day journey would end with a test; a game simulation to gauge team development, knowledge, and progression for the fall camp's first quarter.

Underneath the bright Coliseum lights, and game like simulation, many athletes shined as stars, while others faded into the backdrop of insignificant exploits.

Pass Blocking: Hit and Miss, and Miss

Blocking - for the most part - is still a work in progress.

Sunday night's scrimmage incorporated a cut block showcase, which has been the block of choice for many backs. The only exceptions were with Emmanuel Moody and Stafon Johnson.
