Irish visit in the works?

Notre Dame's unprecedented recruiting pace has ranked among this cycle's biggest storylines. But for how quickly the Irish staff would like to wrap up its next haul of prospects, a group that ranks No. 1 on the team rankings, Notre Dame won't treat every prospect the same.

Take running back Ryan Williams, for example. The four-star athlete from Manassas, Va., has yet to jump head first into the recruiting process, instead focusing on his final prep season at Stonewall Jackson. That's not to say the 5-foot-10, 192-pound prospect hasn't invested time in learning about his potential college choices, but Williams hasn't made the summer road trips common to many prospects these days.
