Mattes preparing to narrow his list

The tour of summer camps for Concord (N.C.) Robinson offensive tackle R.J. Mattes ends this week with a team camp at Appalachian State University. The 6-6, 260-pound prospect has been all around the Southeast over the course of the past month working out for college coaches, but also studying colleges so he can narrow his list for fall.

Obviously the teams Mattes was able to visit this summer have had a chance to show him what they can offer, but he is not ready to eliminate the schools he has not visited.
