USC hosts Pennsylvania signal caller

Pittsburgh (Pa.) Pittsburgh Central Catholic quarterback Tino Sunseri has seen Florida State, Louisville, and Southern Miss step forward with scholarship offer recently, and he took a trip to Columbia, S.C., over the weekend to check out the South Carolina Gamecocks.

"I went down to South Carolina for their spring scrimmage," the 6-foot-2, 200-pound Sunseri said. "It was a good visit. I had been there before, but I still liked everything."

Sunseri, who threw for 2,000 yards and 18 touchdowns as a junior, said multiple aspects of Carolina's program appeal to him.
