Tuesday practice report

Media were allowed to watch the first five periods of Tuesday's football practice, LSU's sixth of the spring.

There were no changes in the depth chart following Monday's practice. Tremaine Johnson ran with the first unit ahead of Rahim Alem at right defensive end for the second consecutive day.

Lyle Hitt and Carnell Stewart continued to hold on to the starting spots on the right side of the offensive line at guard and tackle, respectively.

Wide receiver Jared Mitchell was not at practice Tuesday. He was with the baseball team which played at Centenary Tuesday night.
