Mattes could be state's top '08 offensive lineman

While at Boston College, new NC State head coach Tom O'Brien established a good reputation for finding and developing offensive linemen. One prospect that he appears to have his eyes on in the state of North Carolina from the Class of 2008 is R.J. Mattes from Robinson High in Concord.

According to Robinson head coach Bobby Cloninger, Mattes stands around 6-foot-7, 265 pounds and has run his best 40-yard dash in 5.08 seconds.
