Can Cards sway USC commit?

Since he was a youngster, Cornoa (Calif.) Norco's Jordan Campbell wanted to be a USC Trojan. This past October, the four-star prospect got that chance and accepted a scholarship offer from head coach Pete Carroll immediately upon receiving it. With Signing Day looming, however, Campbell realized he had not gotten a chance to see what other schools had to offer and set a few additional official visits.

This past weekend, the 5-11, 226-pound Campbell took an official visit to Louisville, his second of the month after a trip to Oregon the weekend of Jan. 26. Being on the Louisville campus was a development that even surprised Campbell once it happened.
