Defensive ends search marches on

There has been no more worrying situation to develop at this late point in Oklahoma's recruiting efforts than it's pursuit of defensive ends that could help the cause in the not so distant future. In year's past it was always about this time that a few new names would emerge for Oklahoma, and it seems those names are beginning to pop up.

This time in the form of Mobile (Ala.) Davidson three-star defensive end DaMario Ambrose. However, it's still a little unclear to the 6-foot-4, 240-pound pass rusher just how interested Oklahoma is.

Ambrose says he currently has a top two of Arkansas and Purdue, but it may not be too late for Oklahoma and another late entrant into his recruiting to get involved with his final decision.
