Big Tennessee athlete will visit U-M
The Nashville area is certainly not lack for college recruiting attention, but sometimes even great players slip through the cracks. At Pearl Cohn High School, the same one that produced current Jacksonville Jaguar John Henderson, a big time athlete has emerged after a one-year hiatus from football and now has college coaches from across the country knocking on his door.
At 6-6 and 215 pounds, Rashad Mason has a body type more associated with basketball, and he is a pretty accomplished basketball player as well, but Pearl Cohn head coach Tony Brunetti says the young man's future is on the gridiron.
