Future Dawg talks Shrine Bowl
SPARTANBURG, S.C.- Georgia linebacker commit Charles White of Blythewood (S.C.) High is having a solid showing at the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas this week.
After the Wednesday practice sessions, he spoke with Rivals.com about his performance to date at the event and about his early decision to attend UGA.
"It's been going really well," White said. "There is a lot of competition out here, but any time I get to be around the game of football, it's a good thing."
"I'm doing pretty good," he said. "I'm getting better everyday. I'm learning how to adjust to a little more speed that's out here. I'm doing a good job of adjusting and making some plays."
"Everybody out here is good," White said. "The running backs are quicker and making better moves than you are used to. The offensive linemen are taking better angles. The defensive lineman are doing a great job of getting pressure and the linebackers are reading well.
"Everybody's out here doing a good job."
