Sideline Video: Curran plays sideline to sideline

UGASports.com traveled over to Snellville (Ga.) recently to see future Bulldog linebacker Rennie Curran play. We shot this exclusive sideline video of Curran and he shows you a lot of explosion, speed, big hits, and play-making ability. Curran flies around the field in the exclusive Sideline Video feature.

Prospect: Rennie Curran

High School: Brookwood (Snellville, Ga)

Class: 2007 (Four-Star)

Position: Linebacker

Vitals: 5-11. 212-pounds, 4.5

Offers: Had offers from Auburn, Georgia Tech, Boston College, and a couple more before choosing Georgia early in the spring.

Favorites: Solid commitment to Georgia

The Skinny: Curran just makes plays. He is constantly playing from sideline to sideline making plays in the backfield, in the flats, down field in coverage, or at the line of scrimmage. He does a great job of squaring his shoulders and setting his pad level to make tackle after tackle. No matter what angle he comes from, he always seems to get squared for a perfect tackle. He is strong, he is very quick, he is explosive, he has great instincts, and Curran is a true football player.

We traveled over to Brookwood High School to film Curran in action and we put this video feature together.

You see Curran making tackles on the sideline, you see Curran drilling the quarterback, you see his instincts take over, you see how quick he is getting to the football, and more Inside this exclusive video.
