Husker commit takes visit to Mizzou
San Antonio tight end Ian Harris has been committed to the Nebraska Cornhuskers for more than three months now. But this weekend, Harris took his first official visit
and it wasn't to Lincoln. Instead, Harris was on campus at Missouri for the Tigers' 28-13 win over Colorado.
Harris not only got to see a Tiger victory, the 6-foot-3, 217-pound tight end got a glimpse of what his role would be in Missouri's spread offense if he were to end up in Columbia as Mizzou's current tight ends accounted for three touchdowns.
Harris was hosted by fellow Texas native Evander Hood, who is currently sidelined with a broken foot. The question is where his commitment to Bill Callahan and the Huskers stands after visiting Mizzou. Ultimately, a final decision is unlikely until after his official visit to Nebraska.
