With Nate Longshore's balky back threatening to sideline him and Steve Levy serving a one-game suspension for a regrettable transgression in the offseason involving an adult beverage container connecting with an unintended receiver's forehead, it appears that Tedford may have no choice but to tab jumpy Joseph Ayoob as his starting signal caller against the Vols at rowdy Neyland Stadium in Knoxville.
