Madison is number eleven
At 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds, Dallas Carter product Isaac Madison certainly has the prototypical size and speed (4.4 seconds) for a cornerback in today's game of college football. That said, Madison has been flying way under the radar thus far due to an injury his junior year that sidelined him for the rest of the season after playing in only four games. Nevertheless, the Cowboys were interested.
A two-year starter in the secondary for Carter High School, Madison did put up some very solid numbers for the short amount of time he saw the field last year.
Having already attended summer football camps at TCU, Texas A&M, and Oklahoma State (Duncanville), Madison went on to establish what it was that sold him on the Cowboys even though they were his first scholarship offer.
