TCU in top two for Tannehill

Just when you think most of the big name quarterbacks in the Lone Star are dropping off the board more seem to pop up from nowhere. One of those signal callers who's interest has sky rocketed in recent weeks is Big Spring gunslinger Ryan Tannehill.

Playing in a predominately run oriented offense, Tannehill has used stellar camp performances (including the Nike Camp where he posted a 4.63 forty) to land on the radar of several teams. On the plate for the talented Texan is offers from TCU, Texas A&M, UTEP, Houston, Tulsa, and New Mexico State so far.

Though playing time matters among several prospects, the 6-foot-4, 193 pound Tannehill says it's not playing a big role in his decision.
