State's No. 2 player picks up first offer

In golf and tennis the title of 'best player to never win a major' is an infamous one. A back-handed compliment of sorts. To be the best player in your own state without an offer is something of a similar vein, while it's certainly nice to be well regarded, at the end of the day it's about having opportunities to play in college that matters to recruits. On Wednesday Norman, Okla. Rivals100 pre-evaluation member Ryan Broyles finally got the monkey off of his back. That is because yesterday the Tiger two-way star picked up his first offer that officially makes him part of the recruiting game..
