Junior lineman Gall interested in Wolverines
Cincinnati (Ohio) Archbishop Moeller is known as one of Ohio's most successful high school football programs. The Crusaders have more OHSAA playoff appearances (30) than any other school, and have the third-most state championships, with seven.
Junior offensive lineman Alex Gall could be the next talented player to come out of Moeller. The 6-5, 295-pound prospect is hearing from the Wolverines, and took a visit to Ann Arbor for their game against Ohio State.
Though Gall also visited Ohio State, Kentucky, and Cincinnati this fall, the Michigan visit may have been the best experience he had. The atmosphere in Michigan Stadium was impressive with more than 114,000 fans in the house.
Gall is hearing from schools throughout the Big Ten and Big East conferences, and even some programs in the ACC. However, he has yet to receive his first scholarship offer. Once college coaches get a chance to see the powerful run-blocker on film though, that might change.
Gall plans a patient approach with his recruiting. He plans to visit some schools unofficially this winter, but will wait for his first scholarship offer to arrive before he starts to narrow down a list of schools.
