Cats locked in on Jayhawks

The Governor's Trophy stands a little taller than three feet upon two tiers of oak that bear the scores of the previous Sunflower Showdowns. The trophy sits in a large, rectangular glass case in the middle of the foyer and carries a gleam that captures attention from everyone that enters the double doors to the Vanier Football Complex. Bill Snyder usually passes by it late at night before locking the door on his way out.
