Kozan taking his time
Castle Rock (Colo.) Valor Christian offensive tackle Alex Kozan is one of the top prospects at his position in the country. With summer vacation being here he will be taking it easy.
"I am still looking at Syracuse, but right now I am just taking it easy."
Right now because the 6-foot-4,295 pound offensive tackle is taking his time he has not visited Syracuse, but he could in the near future.
"I have not yet visited Syracuse. I am narrowing down my list to five or seven schools then I'm going to visit those schools," Kozan said. "I am cutting my list down probably around July. Syracuse is one of the schools I'm considering to be in that five to seven."
Since receiving the offer Kozan has talked regularly with Syracuse offensive line coach Greg Adkins and the two have established a solid relationship.
"We talk almost every week. We just talk about how I would fit in at Syracuse and where they see me in their program stuff like that."
As the summer months arrive Kozan is looking to improve himself by working out hard and practicing with his team four times a week.
