Winter Conditioning nets impressive results

It was only a little over two weeks ago that the Black Knights were kicking off their winter strength and conditioning program, with an emphasis on getting stronger, faster and more explosive for the 2010 season.

Well, surely numbers don't lie and with Head Football Strength Coach Brett Gerch at the helm, and although very early in the process, the team overall is putting up very impressive numbers.

GoBlackKnights.com takes a look at some of the testing (pro agility and 20 yard dash) numbers, as winter conditioning is now in full swing.

Ironically, three players who did not factor into the 2009 season for various reasons, are having solid winter workouts. They are B-back Jared Hassin, cornerback & speedster Richard King and wide receiver George Jordan.
