Rushing record set, Parks focused on title

Since the start of the season, Virginia fans have been watching Mount Ulla (N.C.) West Rowan running back Kevin Parks Jr. closely. The 5-foot-7, 200-pound running back commitment's march to top the NCHSAA career rushing record of NC State running back Toney Baker has been a nice respite for fans in the face of a turbulent season. On Friday night in the second round of the playoffs, Parks passed Baker's 10,241 yards and kept going.
