Junior linebacker Karlin Brown has seen his playing time decrease this season.

The 5-foot-8, 200-pounder from Tallahassee, Fla., played in 11 games and earned five starts as a sophomore but has seen his role on the field shrink this year. But instead of getting down, Brown has taken the opposite approach and is willing to do whatever it takes to help Mississippi State win.
