Trio of Tigers are Todd's go-to guys
Opposing defenses have loaded up to stop Auburn's running game the past two weeks putting the onus on quarterback Chris Todd and the passing game.
Todd has certainly come through -- with a little help from his friends. Three friends to be exact. Receivers Darvin Adams and Terrell Zachery, and H-back Mario Fannin have combined to catch 44 passes (two-thirds of AU's total) for 832 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Eight of those touchdown receptions have come in the last two weeks. For comparison, the Tigers totaled just seven touchdown catches last season.
"I just think it's a difference of opportunity," Adams said. "A lot more players are getting a lot more opportunities to go out there and play. I think that's big."
