UCLA lands their QB
Rick Kimbrel
BruinSportsReport.com UCLA landed today one of the Golden State's best quarterbacks when he pulled the trigger earlier today in their favor. This guy has a lot of the attributes of many quarterbacks who starred for UCLA offensive coordinator, Norm Chow when he was developing all those great quarterbacks for BYU.
The Bruins landed three-star signal caller Brett Nottingham (6-4, 210, 4.7) from Danville (Calif.) Monte Vista. He expresses his feelings on his commitment.
"I feel a combination of being happy and completely elated," Nottingham said about his committal to UCLA. "I have been super interested in UCLA for some quite time. I just happy as can be that it all worked out. I am really thrilled.
"UCLA is a place that is going to give me options on the football field and in the classroom," Nottingham said. "It is such a well rounded place. There are so many things that I can do to be successful there. It is an incredible opportunity. I am so happy that I took it.
