With Irish assistants Brian Polian and Ron Powlus looking on, the 6-foot-5, 201-pound quarterback from El Cajon, Calif., staged a morning workout hoping to earn an offer from Notre Dame. Will it be enough to land a scholarship from the Irish? Thomas expects to know soon.
