Dallas (Texas) athlete Jatashun Beachum has caught the attention of schools in the Big 12 and beyond. Starting high school quarterbacks who dress out at 6-foot-2 and 275 pounds don't come along every day.

Beachum said that of his offered schools Texas A&M and Wake Forest are recruiting him for running back, while Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Baylor and Utah project him as a defensive tackle.
