Kansas not looking past Dayton
Minneapolis - On Saturday afternoon, Bill Self made his way to the media interview room inside the Metrodome with thoughts of Dayton fresh on his mind. The Flyers, who arrived in Minneapolis, Minn., as the No. 11 seed, advanced to Sunday's second round game against Kansas by knocking off No. 6 seed West Virginia on Friday afternoon. Self, whose staff spent quite a bit of time breaking down Dayton before leaving for the tournament, said Dayton reminds him of one school in particular.
No. 11 seed Dayton advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament by defeating No. 6 seed West Virginia, 68-60, on Friday afternoon. The Flyers were led by Chris Wright, the 6-foot-8, 226-pound forward from Trotwood, Ohio.
