When Montrell Conner committed to Mississippi State in early August, he said his decision was final.

On Wednesday, the three-star running back proved he was a man of his word when he inked a national letter of intent to suit up for the Bulldogs next season.

"It was really the best fit for me," Conner said. "State is a program on the rise and everybody knows it. I want to be a part of that program when they win the SEC."
