VolQuest.com It's Show Time for Lane Kiffin and the still-under-construction Tennessee coaching staff. Signing Day is fast approaching and the Vols are welcoming in their first big crop of official visitors. The list currently stands at nine guests, headed by Peter White, the nation's No. 4 offensive guard.

One of the nation's most highly-regarded offensive lineman, the bullish White would fill a glaring need in Tennessee's 2009 Class, which could stand to add some able bodies up front. The Vols were the team to beat for White in the fall, but that has changed along with the coaching staff in Knoxville. With no coaches left from the previous regime, Kiffin & Co. have done well to stay in the race here and get White on campus for an official visit. The feeling in some quarters is that Maryland is now the leader with Tennessee having some ground to make up with White.
