Seastrunk in the open
Temple (Texas) junior Lache Seastrunk is impossible to catch when he breaks into the open, but by this time next year, one college football program will hope to call the potential five-star running back the catch of their 2010 recruiting class.
Named the National Junior Player of the Year last week in San Antonio (Texas), Seastrunk heads into the second semester of his junior year with his pick of scholarship offers. USC, Miami, Texas A&M, LSU, Florida, Oklahoma, Oregon, Michigan and just about every other traditional college football power have made Seastrunk a high priority recruit.
By the end of September, the constant phone calls from the media left Seastrunk disenchanted with the recruiting process.
