Aggie QB commit takes part in combine
Killeen Shoemaker junior quarterback Jameill Showers is rated as one of the top signal callers in the state of Texas after a sterling junior season in which he hit 117 of 230 passes for 2,150 yards and 22 touchdowns.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound Showers received an early offer from Texas A&M as one of the first quarterbacks in the state to receive an offer from anywhere and then committed to the Aggies in November.
This past weekend Showers traveled to San Antonio with other top prospects from around the nation to compete in the Army All-American Junior Combine.
