University of Tulsa all-purpose fullback Charles Clay could have played linebacker at Arkansas or Miami, but he wanted to make plays on offense and chose the Golden Hurricane on signing day in 2007. It worked out well, as he amassed 1,328 total yards and eight touchdowns as a true freshman. But he expects his sophomore season to be much more difficult.
